1. Product
KY-968 silicone sealant is one kind of two component condensed heat conduction silicone rubber, which is cured under room temperature.
1) Good flowability before curing, moderate working time and self-defoaming ability, easy for using.

1) can be widely used for any electrical components and equipments’ potting, splicing, fixed position sealing and water proof.

4. Color of product
1) For this KY-928, A component is black, B is while, the final silicone rubber is gray.
2) the color can be done according to client’s demand.
5. Package
1) Packed in 10L/20L with plastic pail, A and B is packed separately.
2) the package way can be done according to client’s demand.
6. Usage and dosage
1) Stirring A and B to uniformity before using.
2) Mixing A and B component according to A: B = 10:1 by weight, puring the mixture in to the product you need. Lay aside the product in room temperature until the mixture becomes elastomer, which need 24-48hours.
for low-curing and low-viscosity encapsulation, start potting after the bubbles automatically vanishing; for fast-curing and high- viscosity encapsulation, should pot after pumping take off the bubbles by vacuum in the mixture of A and B. If there has sediment in A component, just need stir A uniformly before using.
7. Product packaging and storage:
1) This product should be stored in a cool and drying place under the temperature of 4℃~27℃, the shelf life is 9 monthes from the production date.
2) The products according to the non-dangerous goods storage and transportation.
8. Matters to be attention
1) Tighten the cover of B component bottle and avoid B component to contact the moisture of the air.
2) Potting low-voltage apparatus, the defoaming is not necessary, while for high voltage electrical apparatus, it is necessary for defoaming about 3-5min in vacuum before potting.
3) A and B should be mixed intensively otherwise which will influence the curing and performance of the rubber.
4) Storage A and B separately, using them in short time after mixing.
